I chose this image as my favorite picture. The contrast of the black and white colors portrayed in this image makes it one of a kind. The subject of the picture forms a silhouette of dark color which shows dominance in the image. I think this is the first thing that captures your eye when you first see it. The dark mountain and cloud also brings unity to the picture because there is not too much light. The sky, which is luminated through light color, helps the viewer to see what the picture consists of. I think the use of the light and dark makes the picture come out with unity.
